MHS Performs "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe"

MHS scene of The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe

Congratulations, MHS Drama students and Drama Teacher Gina Thomison. They recently performed four shows of, "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe."

The costumes, set design, and most especially the acting were brilliantly done. Judging from the applause alone, attendees thoroughly enjoyed the production. Bravo!

Jaguar Band Supports The Pride of Moore

From the Moore High School Band Facebook page, Nov. 5:

Now that the insanity of October has finally passed, we wanted to take a moment to share an update on The Band Trailer Incident: The One That Got Graffitied.

First off, a huge “thank you” to Sherwin-Williams for coming in hot and removing the graffiti so we could roll into St. Louis and OBA looking, you know, less graffiti-ed.

Secondly, to all the alumni and friends who reached out with messages, donations, and offers to help: we see you, and we are so thankful. October is our busiest month of the year, so if we haven’t had a chance to reply yet, please know your support hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Finally, we want to extend a deeply heartfelt and humble “thank you” to the Westmoore Band Boosters for their donation to our restoration fund. Your kindness and support remind us what true community looks like and how powerful it can be when one band family lifts another. Thank you.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for reminding us what it means to be part of a truly amazing community.
